CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
A cancellation waiver is optional and non-refundable as low as $59. If opted and paid in full upon reservation, owner will lift cancellation policy to enable registered guest to cancel anytime. Otherwise, our cancellation policy will apply to all bookings, no exceptions regardless of the reason of cancellation.

If you cancel within 7 days after receiving your payment, your deposit will be returned.

If you cancel less than 60 days before check-in, we will credit 100% to future booking.

If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, you will forfeit rental amount, unless we can rebook part or all of your reservation, less 10% cancellation fee.

If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in, you will forfeit rental amount, cleaning fee plus 10% cancellation fee.

No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.

No cancellations due to weather.

No early check-in is guaranteed. A $50 late check-out fee will be required to guarantee a late check-out.
Rate is double occupancy. The 3rd person 13 years & older is $15.99 per night.
More than 3 persons occupancy is subject to $100 per night per additional guest
This is 100% non-smoking and no pets allowed on the property.
No excessive noise 9pm-8am.
Registered guest must register vehicle upon check-in. Unregistered vehicles will be subject to parking violation.
A $300 non-refundable deposit (minimum deposit required) $500 on stay of 14 nights or more is due in 7 days. The remaining balance will be due in 60 days (90 days on stays of 14 nights or more) prior to arrival date.
Non-receipt of deposit & remaining balance on specified due dates will be subject to cancellation and no refunds will be given.
We accept Paypal, echecks and credit/debit cards for your convenience.
